    12-MONTH GAP YEAR PROGRAM

    The Frameworks Career Accelerator Gap Year Program is designed to help young adults ages 16 to 22 who are out of school but not yet working full-time gain hands-on technical skills, real-world work experience, and professional mentorship—all while making a positive impact in your community. Whether you're looking to start your career, build confidence, or find a clear path forward, our program equips you with the tools you need to succeed. 12-month commitment required. Must be able to work full-time. Scholarships available. Get paid while learning, build a support network, and take the first step towards your future.

    SUMMER INTERNSHIP FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS

    Our 8-week summer internship is the ultimate first job experience. We’ll teach you the essentials for landing and keeping a job, plus introduce you to people who can help you reach your goals. If you enjoy working with your hands, aren’t afraid of putting in the effort, and want to make over $1,500 this summer, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll also explore cool workplaces and learn how to manage your money. A summer spent here will set you up for success! Applicants should attend and/or be zoned to attend a Title 1 school, be able to work afternoons Monday - Friday all summer, and be able to get to and from Bearings every day.
